With no fixed menu or predetermined number of courses, guests are invited to simply arrive and leave the rest to us, trusting in our ever-evolving seasonal creations.

We proudly source ingredients from local, sustainable producers and practice whole-animal utilization. While some dishes may push your palate’s boundaries, our carefully curated selections ensure an enjoyable culinary journey for all.

The small size of our restaurant guarantees a highly personalized experience, as we personally prepare and serve each dish.
